We’re seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to lead our security and automation strategy, strengthen our cloud infrastructure, and support deployments for enterprise clients. You’ll collaborate with a high-level technical team in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities

Lead and improve DevSecOps practices and security automation.
Mentor engineers on secure development and cybersecurity best practices.
Implement tools and processes that enhance software delivery and security.
Support deployments for Fortune 500 clients.
Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot security and infrastructure solutions.
Contribute to internal platform design and cross-team collaboration.

Required Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent experience.
8+ years in DevSecOps.
Strong AWS / Azure network and security expertise.
Experience with SAST, DAST, SIEM, SSO, penetration testing, incident response.
Knowledge of cryptographic controls and key management.
Experience with Terraform and standard DevOps tools / practices.
Proficiency in Bash, Python, Go, or similar languages.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Cloud / security certifications (AWS, Azure, CCNA / CCNP) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Kubernetes (Helm, ArgoCD, EKS), CI / CD pipelines, and microservices.
Multi-cloud or hybrid environment experience.
Knowledge of service meshes (Istio), PostgreSQL, SaaS deployments, and release management.
Experience supporting ML / analytics infrastructure is a bonus.
