Acting as a senior functional and technical specialist, this role bridges complex business needs with scalable technology solutions ERP, IBP, workflows and enterprise integration platforms, specifically JDE. /ppWorking closely with IT Operations, IT Solutions, business stakeholders and external support partners, the role provides deep functional expertise, leads solution design, and ensures high‑quality delivery, stability and continuous improvement of enterprise systems. The position requires strong analytical capability, technical understanding of integrations and data flows, and the ability to operate confidently in complex, multi‑system environments. /ph3Key Responsibilities Include Solution Design and Functional Leadership /h3ulliLead analysis and definition of complex business requirements across ERP, IBP, workflows and enterprise integration platforms. /liliTranslate business needs into high quality functional and non functional specifications aligned to enterprise architecture and best practice principles. /liliDesign end to end functional solutions, including process flows, data dependencies and integration touchpoints. /liliProvide expert input into ERP and integration design decisions to improve scalability, performance and business outcomes. /liliAct as a trusted advisor to IT and business stakeholders on enterprise application capabilities and solution options. /li /ulh3Configuration, Delivery and Implementation /h3ulliConfigure and customise enterprise applications to support complex business processes, ensuring seamless integration across systems. /liliPartner with external support and delivery vendors to implement enhancements using established release and change frameworks. /liliLead functional delivery across the full lifecycle, from discovery and design through build, testing and deployment. /liliEnsure all changes comply with governance, security and change management standards. /liliDesign and oversee custom configurations, scripts and system enhancements to meet evolving business needs. /li /ulh3Testing, Quality and Knowledge Management /h3ulliDefine and execute comprehensive test strategies, including functional, integration and regression testing. /liliReview and validate test outcomes to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements. /liliMaintain high quality documentation, solution artefacts and a knowledge base of defects, resolutions and lessons learned. /liliDrive continuous improvement in testing practices and solution quality. /li /ulh3Incident, Problem and Operational Support /h3ulliProvide senior functional support for major incidents, including root cause analysis and long term remediation planning. /liliTroubleshoot complex functional and integration issues across enterprise systems and backend platforms. /liliSupport critical releases and incidents outside of business hours when required. /liliPartner with IT Operations to improve system stability, monitoring and support processes. /li /ulh3Stakeholder, Vendor and Capability Leadership /h3ulliLead engagement with senior business stakeholders, translating complex technical issues into clear, actionable insights. /liliManage relationships with third party providers and outsourced support partners, ensuring delivery quality and value. /liliContribute to capability uplift within the IT Solutions team through knowledge sharing, coaching and mentoring. /liliActively contribute to enterprise system roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ulh3What You Bring /h3ulliDemonstrated experience as a Senior Functional Analyst, Solution Analyst or Enterprise Applications Specialist supporting complex enterprise systems. /liliStrong understanding of commercial business processes and enterprise IT services within large or complex organisations. /liliProven experience across ERP systems, IBP processes, workflow solutions and enterprise integration platforms. /liliStrong data analysis and problem‑solving capability, with the ability to identify root causes and drive sustainable solutions. /liliExperience working with service management frameworks and tools (e.g. Ivanti) and outsourced delivery models. /liliExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organisational levels. /liliAbility to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and perform effectively in high‑pressure environments. /liliDemonstrated commercial acumen and strategic mindset, identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes. /liliTertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline desirable but not essential. /li /ulh3Other Requirements /h3ulliSome business travel may be required from time to time. /liliOccasional after‑hours work may be required to engage with stakeholders and team members across time zones. /liliHybrid working arrangement with at least three days in the office. /li /ulh3Why Join Us /h3pVinarchy is a home for passionate people to do their very best work.
