ph3Senior Analyst – Financial Planning Analysis /h3pAs Senior Analyst you will work as an individual contributor and perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. You will gather, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. You will perform economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and effect of governmental requirements. You will be reporting to the Controlling Manager and work in a hybrid model of work in our office in Katowice or Barcelona. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide financial support and technical expertise for Lifecycle business. /liliMonthly causals of Actuals vs. AOP/FCST – preparation of analysis on variances on Topline, Margins, Utilization, etc. /liliReview projects and challenge the business managers/project managers to review margins progress on contracts. /liliTrack the actual burden rate compared to the planned burden rate. /liliReview cost center spend; book adjusting entries; follow-up with cost center managers on spending. /liliAnalyze backlog and QuickBase agreement of project margins. /liliReview proposals and contribute to the approval discussions following the PARB policy. /liliReview the creation of all zero-dollar contracts and intercompany pricing agreements in SAP, documenting the use, rationale, and the process. /liliFollow-up if there are errors on the contract setup (wrong part #s, wrong labor rate…). /liliPerform the intercompany recharges monthly. /liliMonitor the closing of service orders. /liliFollow up on GR/PO closures to ensure cash flow positive impact. /liliFollow up internally (between RA departments) to solve any issues affecting customer payments (incorrect invoice date, address, tax code) with relevant department to understand relevant deviations or unexplained balances. /liliMonitor contract/project asset and liability balances; follow-up on aged unbilled balances. /li /ulh3Qualifications – Essentials /h3ulliRecognized accounting/finance qualification, finance-based university degree. /lili8 years of relevant work experience. /liliGood command of English (Written Spoken). /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliAbility to demonstrate business and financial skills including an understanding of revenue recognition. /liliAbility to communicate across multiple departments and cultures – not afraid to challenge. /liliBusiness partnering experience. /liliCollaboration and team player attitude. /liliAbility to adjust communication style with internal customers at all levels of organization. /liliAbility to adapt easily to change, see the merits of differing positions, and adapt own positions and strategies in response to new information or changes in a situation. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3ulliVolunteer Paid Time Off available after 6 months of employment for eligible employees. /liliCompany volunteer and donation matching program; volunteer hours or personal cash donations to an eligible charity are matched with a charitable donation. /liliOn-demand digital course library for professional development. /liliComprehensive mindfulness programs with a premium membership to Calm. /liliEmployee Assistance Program. /liliPersonalized wellbeing programs through OnTrack program. /liliOther local benefits. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
