In this role, you will conceive and lead cross-functional growth initiatives to accelerate Airbnb’s business in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will partner with country and regional leadership to identify opportunities, size pilots, and drive end-to-end execution and learning. You will balance strategic roadmaps with hands-on project management in a fast-paced environment. You will influence leadership decisions through data-driven insights and clear communication.
