The Opportunity We’re on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Senior Advisor - People and Culture to join our dynamic team at our Malaga, WA head office. Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, you’ll play a hands‑on, influential role supporting our leaders and workforce, helping to shape positive employee experiences while delivering practical HR and IR solutions across the business. What You’ll Be Doing Providing expert HR and IR advice to managers and employees across the organisation Partnering with business leaders to understand workforce and industrial needs and deliver tailored solutions Managing employee and industrial relations matters , including grievances, disciplinary processes and investigations Assisting with industrial instruments , award and agreement interpretation, and supporting bargaining activities as required Designing and delivering HR initiatives that boost engagement, performance and capability Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, awards, enterprise agreements and company policies Maintaining and improving HR systems and processes, including SuccessFactors implementation Supporting a strong, inclusive culture aligned with Carey Group values What We’re Looking For 5+ years’ experience in a generalist HR advisory role, ideally within a medium to large organisation Demonstrated experience in Industrial Relations , including award/EA interpretation and managing IR matters Strong working knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practice and HR information systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships at all levels Proven experience managing complex employee and industrial relations cases A degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline The ability to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative team environment What’s In It For You?
