Your ImpactYou will drive the successful delivery of strategic Commercial Applications initiatives that strengthen customer engagement, commercial excellence, and digital capabilities across global markets.This role is critical to translating business priorities into scalable technology solutions, ensuring that complex transformation initiatives are delivered successfully while creating measurable value for the business.What You Will DriveEnd-to-end delivery of strategic Commercial Applications projects, from planning and execution through go-live and transition into operationsSuccessful implementation of digital transformation initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Commercial platformsStrong alignment between business priorities, technology roadmaps, and project executionGovernance of project scope, timelines, budget, quality, and delivery risks throughout the project lifecycleEffective stakeholder engagement across business functions, IT teams, executive leadership, and external implementation partnersCoordination of cross-functional workstreams and integration activities across Commercial Applications and enterprise platformsFinancial planning, resource management, and delivery forecasting to ensure successful project executionProactive management of project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes to maintain delivery momentumHigh-quality project governance through transparent reporting, milestone tracking, and executive communicationSuccessful planning and coordination of testing, cutover, hypercare, and operational handoverContribution to global transformation initiatives, including the rollout of standardized commercial platforms and digital capabilitiesWhat You BringBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field8+ years of experience managing complex IT projects or transformation initiatives within international environmentsProven track record delivering large-scale Commercial Applications or enterprise application projectsStrong experience with project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and traditional delivery approachesExperience with Commercial Applications such as Salesforce, Veeva, SAP Commerce Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform , or comparable CRM and customer engagement platformsSolid understanding of enterprise application landscapes, integrations, APIs, and data flowsExperience managing external implementation partners and global vendor ecosystemsStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build alignment across business and IT functionsExcellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilitiesStructured, proactive, and results-oriented working style with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProject Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and Agile certifications are an advantageFluent in English ; additional languages are a plusWhy Join UsDrive business-critical digital transformation initiatives with visible impact across a global healthcare organizationPlay a key role in shaping the future of Commercial Applications and customer engagement capabilitiesOperate at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and project deliveryCollaborate with international teams, senior stakeholders, and strategic technology partnersContribute to the standardization and modernization of global commercial platformsJoin a collaborative, purpose-driven organization that values ownership, innovation, and "One Team" execution while helping improve patients’ lives at Fresenius Kabi
