Experteer Overview
As a Global Labour Relations professional, you will shape and deliver Sage's European labour and employee relations strategy at a national level, ensuring regulatory compliance while enabling business agility and growth. You will engage with employee representative bodies across France, Germany, and Spain and modernise engagement practices. You will serve as a trusted adviser to senior leaders to reduce risk while enabling transformation programmes in European markets. You will work within the Global Labour Relations team to provide enterprise-level leadership and ensure a consistent, proactive, and compliant approach. This role is based in Barcelona with hybrid working.
