Job Summary Senior Legal Manager – Alira Health – Global team dedicated to innovation and collaboration. Business partner to practice areas, mitigating risks and supporting strategy.Key Responsibilities Contract Management – Draft, analyze, finalize a wide range of contracts: NDA, MSA, Clinical Trial Agreement, SaaS Agreement, Service Level Agreement, Partner Agreement, Independent Contractor Agreement, Vendor Agreement.Guide contract language; develop, maintain, revise and implement standard templates, forms scalable processes.Set policy and procedure for contract management.Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and corporate operating agreement.Corporate Legal – Manage client defaults, delegation of authority, litigation and disputes, new policies.Mitigate legal risks and develop risk‐management strategies.Work with external counsel; negotiate scope and fees, review invoices, assess counsel efficacy.Keep current on legal changes that impact the company.Review legal analyses and technical reports; recommend actions to senior management.Provide training on legal issues to internal clients.Privacy & Compliance – Advise on GDPR, HIPAA and other data privacy laws; support compliance investigations, assessments and resolutions with Finance, QA, HR.Advise business teams on applicable laws and regulations; collaborate with QA for data privacy compliance.Qualifications & Experience Law degree from an accredited law school.Fluent in English.Five or more years of experience in a law firm or as in‐house lawyer focused on healthcare industry.Experience in a dynamic, complex global business environment.Service‐oriented attitude; internal client focused, responsive, communicative, good listening skills; trusted business partner to business units.Subject‐matter expert; broad knowledge of corporate, commercial, contract, litigation and compliance law.Knowledge of data privacy and compliance related to life science industry is a plus.Exceptional management and interpersonal skills; manage at least one team member; focus on development and advancement.Excellent analytical ability, sound business judgment, balanced risk mitigation in all legal matters.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; explain complex issues to non‐legal audience.Demonstrated flexibility in balancing process and decision‐making in an entrepreneurial culture.Knowledge of French and Spanish is a plus.Working Conditions / Physical Demands Normal office conditions; frequent sitting, standing, bending, twisting, computer use; occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.Languages English, FrenchEmployment Information Contract Type: Regular | Seniority Level: Mid‐Senior | Employment Type: Full‐time | Job Function: Legal | Industries: Pharmaceutical ManufacturingContact J-18808-Ljbffr#J-18808-Ljbffr
