Experteer Overview
As Senior Localization Producer, you will drive AI-enabled localization initiatives and manage end-to-end localization for Zynga’s mobile titles across a global portfolio. You’ll shape global standards, partner with game teams, and optimize LQA and workflow efficiency at scale. You’ll lead cross-functional delivery from London or Barcelona, ensuring culturally resonant experiences for players worldwide. This role combines strategic road-mapping with hands-on execution, offering influence over localization across live operations.

• Drive MT/AI localization integrations and coordinate roadmap with internal teams and external partners
• Innovate workflows by integrating MT/LLM tools and automation to improve localization quality and scalability
• Define and uphold Localization/LQA standards and performance KPIs across projects
• Champion culturalization and internationalization practices from the start of game development
• Own localization pipeline for assigned games and central projects, including schedules, language requirements, and roadmaps for launches and live ops
• Manage localization budgets at project level and optimize costs through action plans
• Lead LQA strategy and rapid bug resolution, feeding learnings back to localization and internationalization stages
• Optimize localization materials and vendor pre-planning to improve translation and LQA delivery quality
• Oversee daily international releases and coordinate with cross-functional teams and partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with game teams, partners, and translation vendors; mentor other Producers
• Share market insights to guide language support and culturalization across the portfolio
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in localization production in mobile/F2P studio environments
• Tech-Forward mindset with experience in AI/LLM-enabled localization workflows (MT/automation)
• Deep knowledge of localization, internationalization, LQA, and culturalization in globalization
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage complex schedules and budgets
• Excellent communication and influence skills across distributed teams
• Analytical ability to extract insights and troubleshoot issues
• Technical proficiency with Localization Text CMS and TMS tools, bug tracking, and advanced spreadsheet/presentation skills
