Overview
In this Medical Affairs role at BeOne, you will translate complex scientific data into medically actionable insights for healthcare professionals and KOLs. You’ll support cross-functional medical plans, engage with clinical experts, and contribute to evidence generation and congress activities. The position offers scope to shape medical communications, partnerships, and field-facing training across Europe in a fast-growing oncology-focused environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive patient-centered scientific exchange and enterprise objectives.
ResponsabilidadesDeliver high-quality scientific exchange with HCPs and KOLs, communicating complex information about BeOne’s pipeline and development programsDevelop and execute tactics for scientific communication in coordination with the TALProvide first-line scientific information and respond to unsolicited medical inquiries, collaborating with Medical InformationPresent data on BeOne products and development, including ad-hoc field engagements and scientific meetingsSupport and participate in local, national, regional, and international congresses and eventsParticipate in omnichannel initiatives and enterprise activities to achieve organizational goalsIdentify, map and engage medical experts and institutional networks in the therapeutic areaEstablish and maintain long-term relationships with HCPs and cooperative groupsPropose and monitor scientific partnerships aligned with cross-functional strategyPlan and chair local medical meetings (advisory boards, investigator meetings) when neededIdentify and support investigators and sites for company-sponsored trials and monitor therapeutic landscapeAssist site feasibility and onboarding of trial sites in the assigned regionServe as territory liaison for Investigator Sponsored Research proposals from concept to publicationCollect and communicate field-based medical insights to internal stakeholdersProvide input to define and update medical affairs strategiesIdentify unmet medical needs and emerging trends in the therapeutic areaCollaborate with TAL to plan local medical meetingsBuild relationships with Medical Affairs teams across Europe and globallyProvide scientific training to the Field Sales Force and support medical plan executionCollaborate with internal stakeholders on cross-functional projects to meet shared objectives
Requisitos principalesMD, PhD or PharmD with minimum 4 years’ experience, or Master’s with minimum 6 years’ experience in Pharma/clinical/scientific medical affairsExcellent verbal and written communication with strong stakeholder engagementDeep understanding of the therapeutic area landscape and local market dynamicsKnowledge of disease states, treatment guidelines, and regulatory requirementsAbility to translate data into actionable medical insightsClinical research experience preferredStrong project management skills and ability to manage teams or projectsAbility to collaborate in a global, dynamic environmentHigh emotional intelligence and appreciation of diversityStrong time management and organizational skillsFluent in English and local language; other European languages advantageouscommunication excellencestakeholder engagementemotional intelligenceMicrosoft Office Suiteelectronic CRM systemsclinical research experience
