We are seeking an experienced OdooERP Consultant to lead the technical implementation and migration workstreams. This is ahands-on consulting role requiring deep Odoo expertise combined with strong finance andaccounting process knowledge. You will drive outcomes autonomously within a cross-functionalprogram team (Finance, IT, Operations).Why we're cool:Work with an international and multicultural teamCompetitive salaryTeeth aligner and whitening benefitsCollaborative work environment and positive cultureOpportunities to grow within a fast-paced, innovative company and real start-up experience with big challengesFresh fruits and healthy snacks at the officeKey Responsibilities:● ERP Implementation & Migration: Lead the end-to-end migration from Odoo 14 toOdoo 18, including environment setup, configuration, data migration, go-live execution,and hyper care support.● Architecture & Configuration: Design and deploy Odoo 18 architecture for keymodules: Accounting, Purchase, Sales, Invoicing, Inventory, and HR. Configure multi-entity, multi-currency, and tax setups aligned with local statutory and group accountingstandards.● Process Mapping: Configure end-to-end finance processes (P2 P, O2 C, R2 R),establishing account structures, posting profiles, and approval workflows.● Data & Quality: Lead master data cleansing, validation, and governance initiatives;define naming conventions and lifecycle policies.● Testing & Go-Live: Develop and execute UAT plans, create comprehensive test scripts,and build detailed go-live runbooks.● Integration: Collaborate with internal teams (n8n, Dev Ops) to define API requirementsand manage data flows between Odoo and external systems (Pay hawk, Travel Perk, Hub Spot).Required Qualifications● Technical Expertise (Odoo & Development):○ 8+ years of Odoo implementation/consulting experience, including 2+ majorversion migration projects.○ Deep expertise in Odoo Accounting, Purchase, Sales, and Invoicing modules.○ Strong proficiency in Odoo 18 architecture, ORM, and customization framework.○ Experience with Python (server-side development), Postgre SQL, and large-scalemulti-entity deployments.● Finance & Business Knowledge:○ Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), chart of accountsdesign, and financial reporting.○ Experience configuring P2 P, O2 C, and R2 R processes in ERP systems.○ Familiarity with corporate card programs and AP/AR automation.● Programming & Consulting Skills:○ Proven track record of managing ERP migration projects with structuredgovernance (RACI, risk registers).○ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortablepresenting to finance leadership.Nice to Have● Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation.● Familiarity with Pay hawk, Travel Perk, or similar Saa S finance tools.● Knowledge of multi-country regulatory requirements (EU, UK, US tax localization).● Odoo OCA contributions or project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).At Impress we cultivate a culture of inclusion and diversity. xcskxlj We celebrate our employees' individual strengths, views, and experiences and we encourage all candidates to apply, without regard to race, color, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, national origin, disability, or any other factor.
