As part of our growth, we are expanding our design capabilities and are looking for a Senior Designer to help elevate both our sportswear and technical outerwear into true fashion-forward products. You will join our Outerwear Design Department , a dynamic and creative team focused on pushing the boundaries of design, functionality, and aesthetic—bringing a strong fashion perspective into high-performance garments. Your main responsibilities will include: Interpreting concepts and researching trends to support the main collection, ensuring the OYSHO DNA is reflected in every garment. Demonstrating a solid understanding of fabrics, trims, details, fit, and garment construction. Collaborating closely with the Activewear team to create and develop new collections—from initial brainstorming to final product. Preparing detailed technical files for suppliers, ensuring alignment with brand standards in quality, construction, and fit. How do we imagine you? To succeed in this role, you bring a positive, proactive mindset and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. You also demonstrate: 5+ years of experience in a similar role within an international setting. Strong awareness of trends, brands, designers, and catwalks—you are genuinely passionate about both fashion and detail-oriented focus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to change. A strong creative vision with a clear and distinctive point of view. Very good / fluent English. What do you get?
