As a Paid Search Specialist at Glovo, you drive high-intent user acquisition by scaling and optimizing Google Search and Apple Ads across global markets. You own significant regional budgets and shape the paid media strategy to improve conversions and efficiency. You collaborate with analytics, Martech, and regional marketing teams to turn data into actionable growth plans. You continuously test and refine campaigns, translating insights into stronger performance and measurable business outcomes. This role offers ownership of regional growth with a clear impact on Glovo’s marketing goals.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Scale and optimise Google Search and Apple Ads campaigns across global markets to drive efficient acquisition• Improve paid media campaigns and oversee media efficiency planning across multiple channels• Own high budget growth in a key region (Africa, Eastern Europe, Balkans, or South-West Europe) and build scalable strategies• Lead A/B tests and data-driven pivots to improve campaign performance• Collaborate with Regional Marketing, Growth, Analytics, Web, BI, and Martech to inform roadmaps and turn technical insights into business outcomes• Own KPIs and analyze the why behind results to continuously improve strategy• Proactively identify lessons from underperformance and apply learnings to strengthen tactics• Manage relationships with cross-functional teams and partner with analytics and tech specialists to optimize infrastructureResponsabilidades• 3-5+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically Paid Search in tech or fast-paced environments• Proven ability to scale campaigns, optimise acquisition funnels, and maximise ROAS• Deep experience with Google xcskxlj Ads, Apple Search Ads, scripts, and rule-based automation workflows• Data fluency with Excel and Looker; SQL queries a major plus• Stakeholder management experience across large-scale campaigns and cross-functional teams• Strong ownership mindset and preference for proactive, autonomous work style• Fluency in English; additional languages a plusRequisitos principales• equity plan• private health insurance• Glovo credit• discounts on transport, food, and kindergarten• discounted gym memberships• extra time off and flexible remote work options
