Experteer Overview As a People/HR Business Partner at Wallbox, you will drive a high-performance culture across a global, fast-growing company. You’ll work hands-on with managers and leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, shaping organization design, talent development, and performance management. You will tackle employee relations and compliance, and lead data-driven improvements to reward practices and engagement. - Foster a High-Performance Culture: drive engagement and communication strategies aligned with Wallbox’s culture and values to boost performance and commitment
- Strategic People Guidance: provide proactive HR guidance on organization design, talent development, and performance management, including complex employee relations
- Employee Relations & Compliance: advise line managers on employee relations and employment law, ensure fair policy application and manage disciplinary processes
- Performance Program: consolidate and implement the job catalog and performance frameworks, linking to reward strategy and engagement
- Data-Driven: analyze talent metrics (engagement, growth, diversity, turnover) to identify root causes and inform decisions
- Exceptional Service Delivery: ensure the People team delivers high-quality service and shares best practices across operations
- Be the point of contact for different People-matters aligned with principal stakeholdersResponsabilidades
- Minimum of 5 years as a People/HR Business Partner in a fast-growing, innovative company
- Expertise in at least one functional area (Rewards, Compliance, Talent, or Learning & Development) with solid generalist knowledge of others
- Advisory & Coaching Skills: proven ability to coach leaders to improve effectiveness and performance
- Data-driven mindset to inform strategic People decisions and continuous improvement
- Collaborative work style with COEs
- Strong problem-solving, resilience, and flexibility in a dynamic environment
- Fluent in English and Spanish; additional language is a plusRequisitos principales
