Overview
In this role you shape design strategy across product squads and drive high-quality craft and systems. You will work at the intersection of design, code, and AI to prototype and iterate with AI-native workflows. You mentor designers, elevate design maturity, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver measurable impact. You’ll build scalable patterns and a cohesive design system to accelerate delivery at scale. This is a chance to influence product direction in a fast-moving, AI-forward environment at OLX.

Requisitos principalesProven UX / Digital Product Design experience with a portfolio showing shipped work and measurable impactExpertise in AI-native design and use of AI tools (e.g., Figma Make, Lovable, Cursor, Claude) in design practiceExperience contributing to design systems and code components; strong collaboration with engineeringTrack record mentoring designers and fostering a psychologically safe growth environmentStrong product and business thinking with defined success metricsExcellent English communication and stakeholder influenceGrowth mindset, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguitycollaborationmentorshipcommunicationAI-native design with Lovable, Claude, Cursor, Figma Makedesign systems development (Nexus)prototyping and end-to-end design execution with code
