Experteer Overview
As a Product Manager for Flights, you will shape the roadmap for the Flights domain within Perk’s Travel ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities, translate insights into strategy, and deliver AI-enabled experiences that simplify travel management and improve margins. You will prototype rapidly and stay ahead of AI trends to drive innovation. You will lead with servant leadership to empower your squad and deliver impact for millions of travelers.

Responsabilidades
• Strong customer empathy and design thinking
• Fluency in data-driven decision making
• Experience evaluating product decisions and prioritization trade-offs
• Proven ability to lead and influence small teams of engineers & designers
• Ability to influence across diverse stakeholders including external providers and internal teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for AI and hands-on building or prototyping
• Fluency with modern prototyping tools and comfort with Figma and Git
