We’re partnering with a fast-growing social sports mobile gaming company to hire a Senior Product Manager who will shape and scale engaging, data-driven mobile experiences at the intersection of sports, gaming, and social interaction. In this role, you’ll own the product roadmap across multiple game modes, including Career Mode , Social Casino (Sweepstakes) , and DFS-style Pick’Em , driving engagement, retention, and monetization, while working closely with engineering, design, data, and live-ops teams. You’ll turn player insights and market trends into impactful features, lead experimentation, and optimize key KPIs such as DAU, ARPU, LTV, and conversion. This opportunity is ideal for a product leader with strong mobile experience, a passion for sports, and a proven ability to balance short-term growth with long-term product vision. Main Responsibilities Own and prioritize the product roadmap across multiple game modes and verticals Translate user insights, data, and business goals into clear product requirements Work closely with engineering, design, data, and live-ops teams to deliver features at scale Lead experimentation and iteration using KPIs such as activation, retention, conversion, and churn Ensure coherence across free-to-play mechanics, social features, and monetization systems Track and optimize key product metrics including DAU, MAU, ARPU, LTV, and virality Communicate product vision, roadmap, and results to internal stakeholders Must-Have Requirements 5+ years of experience in product management for mobile games, social apps, or sports/gaming platforms Proven experience shipping and scaling consumer-facing mobile products Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using data to drive decisions Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Deep user empathy and passion for building engaging, fun, and social experiences Strong interest in sports and understanding of fan behavior Nice to Have Experience with free-to-play economies, progression systems, or live-ops Exposure to real-money gaming, fantasy sports, sweepstakes, or regulated gaming environments Hands-on experience with A/B testing and monetization optimization Background in game design fundamentals (competition, rewards, prediction systems) Experience working in fast-scaling, cross-functional, and international teams
