Location: Santa Maria de Palautordera (Barcelona), Spain Hybrid: On-site with 2–3 days home office per week Type: Full-time / Permanent Salary: Competitive + 20% Bonus We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and expansion of our EV Charging, Battery Management Systems (BMS), and Wiring Accessories portfolios across European markets. This is a strategic role with full ownership of the product lifecycle and responsibility for driving profitable growth across multiple channels and territories. You will work closely with sourcing teams in the Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain teams across Europe and the UK. Define and execute the European product strategy for EV chargers, BMS and wiring systems Lead NPI (New Product Introduction) projects from concept to launch Analyse market trends, regulations and competitor positioning across Europe Own pricing strategy and margin management Develop technical documentation, packaging, compliance and certifications Collaborate with sourcing and manufacturing to optimise cost and performance Support key account meetings and customer visits when required Ensure products meet European standards and regulatory requirements Drive continuous product improvement and lifecycle management Who We’re Looking For Degree in Engineering, Product Management, Business or related field Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in product management ⚡ Proven experience in at least one of the following: EV charging systems Battery management systems Electrical wiring accessories / electrical distribution Experience working across international or European markets Strong commercial mindset with focus on margin and profitability Highly organised, analytical and detail-oriented Senior profile able to lead projects independently #J-18808-Ljbffr
