Overview
You will lead Deel’s Platform vertical focusing on identity and access management. You partner with Compliance, Legal, IT and Data to translate needs into scalable product decisions. You design an IAM architecture that supports diverse users across regions and regulatory contexts. You own the roadmap, drive global verification and compliance strategies, and ensure production stability. This role offers a chance to shape the core infrastructure that enables the company’s global scale and security posture.
