In this role you will own complex technical escalations at Lighthouse’s core product verticals, bridging Customer Operations and Engineering. You’ll diagnose root causes, drive resolutions, and shape the customer experience through thorough investigations. You’ll pro-actively monitor data health, mentor teammates, and maintain technical docs to empower the team. You’ll collaborate with Engineering and Product to prioritize fixes and reduce future issues, contributing to scalable AI tooling.
