The Senior Project Manager will mentor and lead junior project managers to successfully deliver project requirements. /ppstrongResponsibilities /strong /pulliLeading project meetings, coordinating resources and project planning between internal and external stakeholders, tracking project progress/status, and managing overall project risk /liliDeveloping project scopes and objectives, manage the relationship with the clients, ensure that projects are delivered on time, managing expectations with customers and ensuring their goals and objectives are met /liliAnalyze and interpret the needs of the customers, building-specific solutions that fit those requirements, using the tools and algorithms provided by the product /liliPerform risk management to minimize project risks, report and escalate to management as needed /liliCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors /liliManage Scrum boards and Jira Roadmaps for project progress /liliPerform Sprint meetings (Planning, Standup, Review, Retrospective) /liliDetecting future business opportunities for sales /liliBeing proactive and proposing platform improvements, work collaboratively with data scientists, quality engineers, usability experts, and clients to improve the platform and expand the range of standard solutions /li /ulpstrongKnowledge Experience /strong /pulliExperience in managing and deploying eBR projects and other enterprise software implementations for the Life Sciences industry /liliExperience in software development companies focused on the pharma market /liliAt least 5 years of experience leading projects within an Agile/Scrum methodology to quickly iterate and deliver value to customers. /liliFluency in Spanish and English, with French an added bonus /liliExpertise in Jira and Google Suite /liliKnowledge of Business Intelligence: ETL / Data Warehouse methodologies /liliFamiliarity with software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Lean) and management of deadlines /liliAble to work in a team and project-oriented /liliAvailability to travel to clients is required /li /ulpstrongAdditional Skills (nice to have, but not required): /strong /pp• Functional knowledge in industrial applications such as ERP, SCADA, LIMS, or MES /pp• Basic Understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning algorithms /pp• Basic understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and principles /pp•
