Our expertise includes full‑service capabilities, resourcing, and Functional Service (FSP) solutions. /p h3Position Summary /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced bSenior Project Manager /b to lead cross‑functional clinical projects and ensure delivery aligned with timelines, budget, and quality standards. In this role you will act as the central point of coordination across multidisciplinary teams, driving performance, managing risks, and maintaining strong client relationships. As part of our SRS/FSP team, you will be dedicated to one sponsor, a global pharmaceutical or biotechnology company that is an industry leader within its therapeutic area. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead end‑to‑end project delivery ensuring timelines, scope, and budget are met /li liManage cross‑functional teams (Clinical, Data Management, Regulatory, etc.) /li liIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks /li liDevelop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines /li liAct as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders /li liMonitor project performance, including financials and profitability /li liEnsure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory requirements /li liAllocate and manage project resources in collaboration with line managers /li liReport progress and elevate issues where needed /li liSupport business development activities, including proposals and bid defenses /li liMentor junior Project Managers when required /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or similar /li liMinimum 5 years’ experience in project management (ideally within clinical research / CRO environment) /li liStrong knowledge of clinical trial regulations (e.g., ICH‑GCP) /li liProven ability to lead and manage cross‑functional teams /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills /li liStrong organizational and prioritization abilities /li liFinancial and budget management experience /li liSolid problem‑solving and decision‑making skills /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pWe provide opportunities for personal and professional growth in a rewarding environment.
