The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building scalable, high-quality applications and is comfortable working across the entire stack.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR7+ years of experience as aProject Manager,IT Project Manager,Digital Project Manager, orProgram ManagerStrong experience managingCustomer Experience (CX) projects,Customer Experience Platforms, orcustomer journey initiativesSolid knowledge and experience ineCommerce / retail projectsExperience withMarTech solutions, includingCRM, marketing technology, marketing platforms, Salesforce, or AdobeProven experience managingRFPs (Request for Proposal / tender / bid management / RFx) end-to-end, including coordination withexternal vendorsKnowledge ofcompliance, includinggovernance, data protection, GDPR, and audit-ready project documentationExperience working inmulti-country environmentsand withinternational, cross-functional teamsFluent inEnglish(Spanish is a plus)WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGLead and coordinateCX and digital commerce projectsacross multiple countriesManageRFPs from preparation to delivery, ensuring compliance with regulations and governance standardsMaintainproject and RFP xcskxlj documentationin appropriate repositories (Confluence, SharePoint), including architecture approvals, financial records, and compliance documentationCollaborate withcross-functional and international teamsto ensure successful project deliveryApplybest practices in project management, stakeholder communication, and agile methodologiesMonitor and report onproject progress, risks, and opportunitiesContribute tocontinuous improvement of processes and governancewithin CX, MarTech, and commerce projects
