We are seeking aSenior Director of Data Centre Operationsto lead alarge-scale hyperscale portfolio (100MW+ capacity)across the UK / EMEA region.This is asenior leadership role, responsible for driving operational excellence, uptime, and capacity performance across multiple live sites within a rapidly growing platform.Reporting into a VP level.The Role
Ownregional operationsacross a multi-site data centre portfolio
Driveuptime, resilience, and performancein hyperscale environments
Leadcapacity planning, utilisation, and operational readiness
Manage and developsite leadership teams and technical operations functions
Act as the senior escalation point forcritical incidents and operational risk
Partner with development, construction, and key clients oncapacity growth and deliveryRequirements
Experience operating atDirector / Senior Director levelwithin data centre operations
Proven ownership oflarge-scale capacity portfolios (100MW+)
Background inhyperscale or mission-critical environments
Strong track record managingmulti-site / regional operations
Ability to operate atsenior stakeholder level
