Job DescriptionLa experiencia que se espera de los solicitantes, así como las habilidades y cualificaciones adicionales necesarias para este trabajo, se enumeran a continuación.Key ActivitiesQuality Management SystemManage and improve the local QMS in collaboration with local leadership team (context of the organization and stakeholders' analysis, management reviews, etc.), including internal and third‑party audits’ managementTrain, coach local process owners while ensuring they correctly manage the related processes.Manage internal and suppliers' quality audit programs, ISO 9001 audits, clients' audits and related findings CAPATrain and coach people on quality policies, procedures, quality mindset.Operational QualitySupport sales & engineering teams to analyze clients' requirements during contract reviewManage quality inspections on productsPrepare quality documentation package related to product shipmentsManage clients claims, suppliers' non‑conformities and related CAPAKey AccountabilitiesParticipate to the local leadership meetingsAccountable for local QMS, and implementation of Global QMS whenever applicableResponsibleIntegrated QHSE QM management and improvementManage clients’ claims and suppliers’ NCsSupply on time quality documentation meeting customer expectations for JC Product Portfolio.Perform quality inspections on products when requiredQualificationsEducation/Training:Degree qualified Engineer, BEng, MEng or equivalent, perhaps with ongoing application for professional membership / chartership – e.g. MIMechE, CEng.Experience:Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or equivalent professional experience.Technical Skills:MS Office; MS Outlook; Computer Aided Design; Computational simulation such as FEA, CFD.Languages Skills:Fluent in English (written/spoken)People Skills:Active Listening, flexibility, responsibility collaboration.
