In this role you drive and maintain the local Quality Management System, partnering with leadership to ensure process excellence. You’ll coach process owners, oversee audits, and manage CAPA across suppliers and products. You support the sales and engineering teams during contract reviews and ensure quality documentation and inspections meet customer expectations. This position sits at the intersection of quality assurance, operations, and customer satisfaction within the JC product portfolio, contributing to safe, compliant, and reliable solutions.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Develop and improve the local QMS in collaboration with leadership, including audits and management reviews• Coach process owners and ensure proper management of related processes• Oversee quality processes: documentation, internal audits, continuous improvement, customer complaints, nonconformities• Manage internal and supplier quality audit programs, ISO 9001 audits, client audits and findings• Train on quality policies and drive a quality mindset• Support sales and engineering in contract reviews by analyzing client requirements• Lead quality inspections on products and prepare quality documentation for shipments• Manage customer claims and supplier non-conformities with CAPA• Participate in local leadership meetings and xcskxlj implement Global QMS as applicable• Lead customer claims management and ensure on-time quality documentation for JC product portfolioResponsabilidades• BEng/MEng or equivalent• Typically 2+ years of related experience• MS Office; MS Outlook; CAD; FEA; CFD• Fluent in English (written and spoken)• Active listening, flexibility, collaboration, autonomy and proactiveness, effective communicationRequisitos principales•
