We are currently expanding our commercial team and looking for a highly experienced Senior Sales Advisor to join us in Villajoyosa.
Your Mission
You will play a key role in the commercialization of our premium residential developments, accompanying clients throughout the entire sales journey — from first contact to closing.
This role is designed for a senior profile with strong emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, and proven experience selling premium real estate products to demanding clients.
You will work with qualified leads generated by the company while also contributing proactively to business development and network building.
Responsibilities
Commercialization of premium residential developments on the Costa Blanca
Management and follow-up of qualified national and international leads
Conducting property presentations and sales meetings
Advising clients throughout the full purchase process
Building long-term relationships with clients and collaborators
Coordination with marketing, legal, and operations teams
CRM management and sales reporting
Participation in commercial events, networking, and partnerships
Contribution to improving the customer experience and sales process
Requirements
Proven experience in premium real estate sales or luxury residential developments
Strong understanding of international buyers and high-end client expectations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Native Spanish speaker or bilingual level
High level of English (additional languages such as Polish, Dutch, French, German, or Scandinavian languages are highly valued)
Professional image and customer-oriented mindset
Experience working with CRM tools
Results-driven profile with high level of autonomy
Driving license and own vehicle
