Senior Sales / Business Development Manager – Edge IoT
Location: Europe
Level: Senior (5+ years B2B embedded/IoT sales)
Exciting opportunity to drive account growth and new business in Edge IoT, selling embedded software, hardware design, and IoT engineering services to industrial, energy, and automation customers across Europe and the US.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle and grow strategic accounts
Identify and close embedded SW/HW and IoT services opportunities
Build international pipeline and partnerships
Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams
Must Have
5+ years B2B sales in embedded systems, IoT, or engineering services
Proven experience selling complex technical projects (preferably IoT/embedded domains).
Strong understanding of embedded HW/SW and IoT technologies (MCUs/MPUs, RTOS/Linux, connectivity stacks, multiprotocol gateways, etc.).
Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel
Ability to engage with engineering directors, product managers, CTOs, procurement, and R&D teams.
Nice to Have
Understanding of IoT standards and connectivity: BLE, Thread, Matter, LoRa, NB-IoT, OPC-UA, industrial protocols
