pbSenior Sales Manager (Industrial Automation) /b /ppbr/pp bLocation: /b Spain (Hybrid) /pp bCompany: /b Our client, an international provider of automation and digital solutions for the process industry /ppOur client is expanding its European business and is looking for a bSenior Sales Manager /b to drive regional growth within the industrial automation and process control sector. /ppThis role focuses on developing strategic accounts and leading large automation projects across the region. /ppbr/ppbResponsibilities /b /pulliDevelop and implement regional sales and business development strategies /liliIdentify new business opportunities within process industries such as energy, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing /liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners /liliLead project bidding, negotiations and contract signing /liliCollaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored automation solutions /liliMonitor market trends and provide competitive market insights /li /ulpbRequirements /b /pulliBachelor’s degree in Automation, Engineering, Business or related field /liliMinimum 3 years of sales experience in industrial automation or process control /liliExperience selling DCS, PLC, instrumentation or industrial software solutions /liliStrong industry network within process industries /liliCandidates from companies such as Emerson, Honeywell, Yokogawa, Siemens, ABB or Schneider Electric are highly desirable /liliFluent in English and Spanish /liliChinese language skills are preferred to facilitate collaboration with global teams /liliWillingness to travel across the region as required /li /ul
