SAP MDG - All Levels (Consultant – Senior Manager) Spain | Hybrid / Remote Join a leading global consulting environment and work on large-scale, international SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes, helping clients build strong data governance and master data foundations. We’re looking for SAP MDG professionals at all levels who want to grow their careers while delivering high-impact data and governance solutions. What you’ll do (scope varies by level) Design, configure, and deliver SAP MDG solutions within S/4HANA programmes Define and implement master data governance frameworks (Business Partner, Material, Finance, Supplier, Customer) Design data models, workflows, validations, and governance processes Support data migration, data quality, and data lifecycle management activities Collaborate with functional, technical, and data teams across international programmes (Manager & Senior Manager) Lead MDG workstreams, manage teams, and engage with senior client stakeholders What we offer Participation in large, complex international S/4HANA programmes Clear career progression from Consultant to Senior Manager Exposure to global clients and distributed delivery teams Flexible working model (remote / hybrid / office-based in Spain) Continuous learning, SAP certifications, and access to best practices Collaborative, high-performance consulting culture What we’re looking for Hands-on experience with SAP MDG (responsibilities aligned to seniority level) Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC MDG implementations Strong understanding of master data, data governance, and data quality concepts Ability to work effectively in international, multicultural environments Fluent English (Spanish is a plus) Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills Nice to have Experience in full-cycle S/4HANA implementations Experience with data migration tools and approaches (e.g. Migration Cockpit, LSMW) Knowledge of SAP Information Steward or related data quality tools SAP MDG certifications Background in large transformation programmes
