Experteer Overview
In this role you own end-to-end feature delivery within Perk’s global platform, collaborating with product, design and engineering to translate customer pains into scalable solutions. You’ll shape long-term architecture, drive technical excellence and reduce debt, while mentoring teammates and raising engineering standards. You’ll contribute to cross-functional initiatives and leverage AI-enabled workflows to accelerate delivery. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position in a fast-growing, IRL-focused team.

• Own the lifecycle of features from problem discovery to deployment and impact measurement
• Write design documents and guide architectural choices for current and future platform needs
• Architect scalable systems and data models with attention to performance and maintenance
• Lead cross-squad initiatives and align stakeholders to technical blockers
• Mentor less experienced engineers and raise team standards through reviews and pairing
• Contribute to product roadmap with technical insights and design reviews
• Champion observability, SRE practices, and define SLOs to improve reliability

Responsabilidades
• Product leadership translating business goals into technical roadmaps
• System architecture experience for scalable, evolvable systems
• Technical standards: CI/CD, testing strategies, coding standards
• Frontend strategy including state management and E2E testing (Cypress)
• Backend excellence with API versioning, caching, data migrations
• Operational maturity: observability, incident response, blameless postmortems
• Security and risk management including secrets hygiene
• Mentorship and leadership: coaching, design reviews, influencing roadmap
• Cross-functional impact across multiple teams
• Experience or strong interest in AI-augmented development
