You will partner with the field sales team and work with customers to identify business issues Flexera can solve.You will serve as the main point of contact for strategic clients, with the mission to:Increase client loyaltyThis is achieved through:Hands-on work with infrastructure stack and architectureWorkload migration to our toolsActing as a point of escalation for technical inquiriesYou will lead technical strategy for successful proofs of value (POV) and implement best practices. Additionally, you will participate in projects aimed at enhancing the overall sales process.Main ResponsibilitiesPartner with sales representatives and revenue team members to drive product adoption and identify growth opportunities (upsell/cross-sell)Act as a subject matter expert for technical infrastructure questions and advise senior decision-makersLead discovery sessions to uncover customer business values and objectivesDeliver compelling demonstrations, technical presentations, and POV activitiesContribute to RFI/RFP and security questionnaire responsesAdvocate for client interests (e. g. , feature requests) to product teamsIncrease product adoption through hands-on engagement with the Flexera platformTravel up to 25% to engage directly with customers and support sales effortsExperienceIdeally, you will have a background in pre-sales, customer success, or consulting, with proven experience in client-facing technical roles. Domain expertise should include:Data normalisation for IT Asset ManagementStrong experience in Cloud Financial Management (FinOps)Experience with cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)Excellent communication and relationship skillsFamiliarity with container orchestration platforms (e. g. , Kubernetes, Amazon ECS)Customer-centric mindset with strong dedication to successFluency in English, Italian and Spanish is a big bonus!
