Overview
As a Test Development Engineer, you will enhance the quality, reliability, and cost efficiency of cutting-edge microcontroller products. You’ll investigate production failures, optimize test coverage, and drive yield improvements while leading technical initiatives that impact product performance and business outcomes. You will collaborate with global engineering and manufacturing teams, work with advanced test equipment, and apply your coding skills across C, C++, Perl, and Python. This role offers hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced semiconductor environment with meaningful impact on product derivatives, NSO opportunities, and factory transfers.
ResponsabilidadesInvestigate production failures with advanced tools to drive yield improvementProvide guidance to resolve issues and continuously improve microcontroller test coverageSupport Cost Reduction initiatives including test time reduction, test yield improvement, fab site qualification, and manufacturing flow transfersAnalyze customer returns and produce detailed failure analysis reportsSupport product derivative bring-up to enable New Sales OpportunitiesDefine and implement test program improvements to enhance product quality, test efficiency, and manufacturing performance
