In this role you will lead strategic sourcing initiatives to drive value across DuPont’s global operations. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams and suppliers to shape procurement programs that support innovation and scale. You will run sourcing events, analyze market dynamics, and implement plans that improve efficiency and consistency worldwide. This is an impact-focused role that ties supplier partnerships to business outcomes and strategic priorities.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Act as the primary supplier liaison, building collaborative relationships to fuel innovation and performance• Own RFIs, RFPs & RFQs, and lead sourcing events to secure best value and terms• Deliver measurable impact through savings, dual-sourcing projects, and new value opportunities• Analyze market trends and supply-market dynamics to guide sourcing decisions• Develop global sourcing strategies with cross-functional teams to boost regional consistency• Execute sourcing plans globally with alignment across regions• Communicate with influence to engage stakeholders and steer strategic decisionsResponsabilidades• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Sciences, Supply xcskxlj Chain, Business, or related field (Engineering/Chemistry is a plus)• Experience in procurement and/or sales with strong sourcing acumen• Knowledge of Raw Materials, Contract Manufacturing, and Indirect commodities (OM&S, MRO, Environmental, Capex)• Project Management certification, Six Sigma, or CPSM are strong plusesRequisitos principales• Comprehensive pay and benefits package
