In this senior FPu0026amp;A role at Preply, you own the B2C marketing economics domain, shaping the financial narrative for growth marketing. You build and own the marketing model, forecast accuracy, and executive-ready storytelling to inform major bets across paid, organic, and geo expansion. You collaborate with Growth Marketing and BI to align on KPI frameworks, incrementality, and investment guardrails. Your work enables fast, disciplined decision-making that balances growth with efficiency, driving impact at a global scale. • End-to-end ownership of the B2C marketing economics domain including modelling, forecasting, business partnership, and executive reporting
• Define strategic questions and frame the investment problem beyond the numbers
• Lead cross-functional partnerships as the senior Finance voice in Growth Marketing planning forums
• Own the B2C marketing financial model for paid, organic, and brand with forecast accountability
• Lead monthly/quarterly re-forecasts and deliver clear variance narratives with driver decomposition
• Build and maintain a framework to quantify paid↔organic interactions, halo effects, cannibalization, and blended CAC/LTV
• Model geo expansion opportunities: market sizing, investment needs, and return thresholds
• Partner on go-to-market plans for new geos: channel mix, ramp curves, payback, and break-even horizons
• Design and own an investment framework with clear ROI thresholds and guardrails for fast, disciplined decisions
• Prepare materials for CMO/CFO reviews and align with BI on KPI frameworks
• Lead the long-range plan for the B2C marketing stream within AOP/LRP cycles
• Apply AI-powered workflows to automate analyses and speed up reporting
Responsabilidades
• 7+ years in Marketing Analytics or Growth-focused FPu0026A
• Experience in high-growth B2C or marketplace businesses
• Familiarity with MMM, attribution methodologies, and incrementality testing
• Strong understanding of digital marketing economics (CAC, LTV, payback) and channel interactions
• Ability to build investment frameworks and align with business partners
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Proven use of AI tools to drive insights and efficiencies
• Exceptional executive-level communication
• Proficiency with Looker and advanced Excel/Google Sheets
