Experteer Overview In this role you will own a battery-system for hybrid powertrain solutions, guiding it from idea to mass production and aftersales. You’ll set the system strategy to balance performance, quality and cost, while leading engineering teams to translate needs into requirements and validate through simulations and tests. You’ll work across stakeholders to ensure safety, regulation and lifecycle compliance within a V-Cycle/ISO framework. - Accountable for a battery system lifecycle from ideation to mass production and aftersales
- Define system strategy roadmap balancing technology, quality and cost
- Define, design, validate and mass produce the system
- Lead system engineers to convert system requirements into component and software requirements
- Lead sizing assessments using simulations and tests across the lifecycle
- Drive system novel development: new functions, risk analysis, integration and validation
- Ensure cross-organ consistency and interface alignment between organs and applications
- Oversee system integration and validation (MIL/SIL/HIL)
- Maintain system procedures and standard processes (FMA, risk analyses, functional safety, validation plans)
- Experience with energy management, power distribution, switching hardware/software and network interfaces (CAN, LIN, Ethernet)Responsabilidades
- Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Automotive Engineering or Systems Engineering
- u003e5 years auto-systems engineering experience
- Experience in engineering requirements management (DOORS, MagicDraw)
