Senior Talent Partner – Early Careers (University hiring - volume) Contract: 6 months (high likelihood to extend to 12 months and convert) About the role We are hiring a Senior Talent Partner to support Early Careers and University Talent hiring during a critical delivery period for our client. This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused contract role, supporting high‑volume recruitment across non‑technical Early Careers programmes. Team and business context You will be fully embedded into our Client's Early Careers / Emerging Talent team focusing on attraction, selection and hiring with success in this role being measured by hiring delivery and conversion outcomes.
