ppWe are looking for a Senior Tech Lead / Lead Engineer to provide technical leadership and strategic direction for AI and Machine Learning solutions. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the technical architecture and technology strategy for AI/ML solutions, balancing cost, risk, time‑to‑value and long‑term scalability. /li liProvide strong architectural input into the design of reusable, enterprise‑grade AI products that can be adopted across multiple business units within the IMS domain. /li liIdentify, articulate and mitigate technical risks using a structured, data‑driven approach. /li liDefine and evolve technical blueprints that support early discovery, accelerated value delivery and progression to fully industrialised AI products. /li liSimplify the complexity of multi‑tenant environments by building reusable AI products that operate seamlessly across multiple operating companies. /li liAct as a hands‑on technical authority, guiding multiple squads to deliver consistent, robust and well‑architected solutions. /li liDefine and enforce technical governance, including architectural decision‑making processes (e.g. Key Design Decisions), ensuring auditability and alignment with enterprise standards, guardrails and design patterns. /li liSet the technical direction for AI and ML platforms, including lightweight generative AI abstraction layers, routes to production and runtime ML platforms. /li liContinuously assess the external AI and generative model landscape, modelling cost, benefits and implementation trade‑offs. /li liWork closely with engineering leaders and squad tech leads across distributed locations (Barcelona and London) to build an aligned, pragmatic and high‑performing engineering community. /li liTreat internal teams as customers, continuously reducing the effort required to discover, adopt and scale AI‑powered products. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul li15+ years of experience in enterprise software engineering within complex environments. /li liProven ability to provide deep, hands‑on technical leadership across multiple squads. /li liStrong experience delivering AI and ML platforms, tools or products. /li liSolid understanding of modern ML engineering, MLOps, CI/CD pipelines and routes to production, including third‑party platforms. /li liAbility to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to senior, time‑poor stakeholders. /li liStrategic, analytical mindset with the ability to translate business problems into technical solutions. /li liExcellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. /li liEnthusiastic, forward‑looking and pragmatic approach. /li liWillingness to be on‑site in Barcelona and travel to London when required. /li liExperience in the airline or aviation industry is a plus. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liInclusive, diverse and international culture. /li liWork with cutting‑edge technology on global‑scale products. /li liClear opportunities for career progression and continuous development. /li liCollaborative teams with a strong sense of belonging. /li liAccess to learning resources and development programmes. /li liPrivate health insurance and benefits (according to region). /li liFlexible working environment and hybrid model. /li liWellness and mental‑health initiatives. /li liTeam‑building activities and global community events. /li /ul h3Additional Responsibilities /h3 ul liAdhere to information security policies. /li liHave access to confidential information related to the project. /li liMust comply with the security and internal policies of the company. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
