We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of complex features and help elevate the overall quality of the player experience.This role combines strong UX thinking and UI execution, with a focus on ownership, decision-making, and improving both design quality and team output.1. UX & UI Design LeadershipLead the design of complex features, from user flows to final UIDefine clear interaction models and ensure a coherent player experienceMake design decisions that balance player needs, game design goals, and technical constraints2. Feature OwnershipOwn the UI/UX of key features from concept to implementationDrive alignment with Game Design, Tech, and ProductionAnticipate risks and resolve design challenges early3. Design Quality & ConsistencyEnsure a high level of quality, clarity, and consistency across featuresApply and reinforce existing UI systems and UX patternsIdentify gaps or inconsistencies and propose improvements4. Documentation & ImplementationProduce clear, structured, and complete documentation (flows, specs, behaviors)Ensure designs are ready for development with minimal ambiguityFollow implementation closely to guarantee quality5. Team Contribution & MentorshipSupport other designers through feedback and guidanceHelp improve team practices around UX clarity and UI qualityShare knowledge and contribute to raising the overall level of the team6.
