About the Role
As our new Service Delivery Manager Investment Systems, you’ll be part of the technology team, working closely with our investments team to deliver projects and BAU. Your mission is to ensure reliable, secure and compliant delivery of technology services through proactive service management, vendor oversight, and continual improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Own end‑to‑end service delivery performance for assigned investment technology platforms and services, ensuring availability, reliability, and support outcomes are consistently achieved.
Be accountable for investments technology service transitions to ensure new or changed services are production‑ready, supportable, and meet operational acceptance criteria.
Partner with business stakeholders to align technology service delivery with business priorities, risk considerations, and member outcomes.
Establish and monitor service performance measures, SLAs, and operational reporting; drive continuous improvement and informed decision making.
Manage third‑party vendors and managed service providers, ensuring contractual compliance, performance management, and value for money.
Embed security, risk, and compliance controls into service operations, ensuring alignment with CareSuper policies and relevant regulatory obligations (including APRA‑regulated environment expectations).
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in technology service delivery in a complex enterprise environment.
Strong working knowledge of IT Service Management, with practical experience applying incident, problem, change, request and IT asset management.
Proven experience managing the performance of third‑party and services vendor partners.
Experience operating within a regulated environment with an understanding of risk management, controls and audit requirements.
Solid understanding of technology, including cloud platforms, networks and enterprise systems.
Demonstrated capability in service reporting, performance metrics and continuous improvement.
Well‑developed written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior audiences.
Relevant business management or information technology tertiary qualifications.
Experience with APRA or in a highly regulated environment is desirable.
