Join Amaris Consulting, where you can develop your potential and make a difference within the company.✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?3/4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development or similar engineering rolesStrong proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), web technologies (HTML or XML) and ServiceNow APIsExperience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM and WSDHands-on experience with Citizen development on ServiceNowFamiliarity with ServiceNow development tools such as Flow Designer, Studio IDE, Update SetsGood understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and best practicesExperience with Service Portal design and developmentExperience developing custom applications and integrations with third-party applicationsExperience facilitating client-facing workshops and progressing initiatives through their lifecycleFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practicesAbility to work within, and occasionally lead, a multi-disciplinary team delivering high-quality output in short timeframesKnowledge of relational databasesKnowledge of ITIL processes (incident management, change management, etc.)Analytical mindset and strong customer orientationAbility to quickly understand new technologies through instruction and self-trainingStrong written and verbal communication skills in English (fluid level)Strong critical thinking skillsA collaborative mindset – team collaboration is key
