Required Skills & Experience Proven experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises. Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, site provisioning, and content types. Experience with SPFx, PowerShell scripting, and REST/Graph APIs. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services including Teams, Exchange Online, and Intune. Knowledge of Microsoft Purview and compliance configurations. Experience with Power Platform tools and automation workflows. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote or hybrid environment. Key Responsibilities Design and implement SharePoint Online solutions including sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and web parts. Develop custom components using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, TypeScript, and PowerShell. Configure and manage permissions, site architecture, and metadata. Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Ensure compliance with governance policies using Microsoft Purview (DLP, retention labels, sensitivity labels). Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint-related issues. Document solutions, configurations, and processes for knowledge sharing.
