pb Social Media Assistant Content Creator at Drowsy /b /p pb About the Company /b /pp Drowsy is looking for a full-time Social Media Assistant Content Creator to support the day-to-day execution of our social media channels. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, loves creating content, enjoys engaging with online communities, and is excited to help build one of the fastest-growing brands in the beauty sleep space. Based in Barcelona, you'll work closely with our Social Media Manager to help execute content, manage community engagement, edit videos, support creator partnerships, and keep our social channels active, organised, and growing. /p pb About the Role /b /pp Location: Barcelona (2 days per week in-office required) /pp Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week) /p pb Responsibilities /b /pullib Community Management Social Support /b /lili Support daily community management across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest /lili Respond to DMs, comments, and replies in a thoughtful, warm, and on-brand way /lili Help maintain an engaged and active community presence /lili Escalate relevant feedback, trends, and community insights to the Social Media Manager /li /ul ullib Content Scheduling Publishing /b /lili Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms /lili Ensure all content is uploaded correctly, on time, and aligned with content calendars /lili Maintain organisation across social calendars, asset folders, and publishing workflows /lili Support with platform optimisation, captions, tagging, and formatting /li /ul ullib Content Editing Execution /b /lili Edit short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, Stories, and Pinterest using tools such as CapCut and native platform apps /lili Turn raw footage and creative direction into polished social-first content /lili Resize, adapt, and repurpose content across multiple platforms /lili Support fast-turnaround editing needs and reactive social moments /li /ul ullib Instagram Stories Always-On Social /b /lili Assist with daily Instagram Story execution /lili Help translate launches, campaigns, trends, and cultural moments into engaging Story content /lili Support an always-on social presence through timely publishing and reactive content /li /ul ullib Content Shoot Support /b /lili Capture social content during office moments, meetings, product launches, events, creator visits, and team activities /lili Film day-to-day moments using a video camera to document the growth of the brand and create ongoing "Drowsy Episodes" content /lili Identify interesting behind-the-scenes moments and proactively capture content opportunities /lili Gather BTS and organic social assets for Instagram, TikTok, Stories, and future brand content /lili Support content shoots with setup, filming, and asset organisation /li /ul ullib UGC Creator Coordination /b /lili Assist with UGC sourcing, follow-ups, and asset organisation /lili Support creator communication and coordination /lili Organise incoming content assets and maintain workflow efficiency /li /ul pb Qualifications /b /pulli Minimum 1 year of experience working in social media, content creation, community management, or a similar role /lili Fluent English (written and spoken) /li /ul pb Required Skills /b /pulli Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok /lili Experience editing short-form video content /lili Familiar with CapCut and social media publishing tools /lili Highly organised with strong attention to detail /lili Creative, proactive, and eager to learn /lili Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment /li /ul pb Preferred Skills /b /pulli Experience creating vlog-style content /lili Spanish speaker /lili Comfortable filming and being on camera /lili Strong storytelling instincts and ability to spot interesting moments worth documenting /lili Experience creating behind-the-scenes, founder-led, or documentary-style content /lili Experience with Pinterest /lili Experience working with beauty, fashion, wellness, or lifestyle brands /lili Basic Canva or design skills /lili Experience working with influencers or UGC creators /li /ul pb Pay range and compensation package /b /pp Why Join Us? /pp Be part of a fast-growing startup disrupting the beauty sleep industry /pp Salary: €28,000–€34,000 depending on experience + performance variable /pp€300 annual wellness allowance /pp Sanitas Private Healthcare /pp22 holidays plus Spanish bank holidays /pp Half-day Fridays /pp Flexible hybrid working model /pp Beautiful office in Passeig de Gràcia, Barcelona /pp Work directly with founders and senior marketing leadership /pp Opportunity for rapid growth and development /p pb Equal Opportunity Statement /b /pp We are committed to diversity and inclusivity. /p
