Experteer Overview As Social Media Manager, you will lead the organic social strategy for Groupon across international markets, driving performance-driven results. You’ll work hands-on with AI-driven production to build, test, and publish content across key platforms. You’ll define channel playbooks, content pillars, and cadence, aligning with brand campaigns and regional needs. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to maintain consistent storytelling and creative standards. - Own the organic social strategy for INTL markets (UK, ES, FR, DE) including channel mix, content pillars, and cadence
- Translate brand strategy into platform-native ideas that perform across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
- Set quarterly priorities and a content roadmap aligned with campaigns and platform trends
- Personally produce flagship content and AI-driven experiments using generative tools
- Maintain a consistent weekly publishing cadence and prototype new formats for scalable production
- Collaborate with NA Social Media Manager and Creative Director on standards, workflows, and creativity
- Coordinate with regional market leads, PR, performance marketing, and brand to keep social aligned with the broader narrative
- Own metrics for organic social and translate insights into actionable decisions
- Run test-and-learn cycles and build monthly readouts that move beyond vanity metrics
- Develop a repeatable production line to scale content across channelsResponsabilidades
- Portfolio of social content produced personally, including AI-generated work
- 2-4 years in social media with at least 1 year of strategic ownership of a brand channel
- Deep cultural fluency with Gen Z on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Demonstrable portfolio of AI-generated social content (AI video, AI imagery, AI audio)
- Native or fluent English; working Spanish is a strong plus
- Deep platform fluency on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube with understanding of audience response
- Ability to read content performance reports and act on insights
- Experience pulling/interpreting social data using platform analytics or third-party tools
- Self-directed; can handle ambiguous briefs with a plan
