Barcelona, Spain | Global Role Cosmo is seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Specialist with a strong passion for content creation, digital engagement, and brand communication. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing COSMO's social media presence across global channels. This role will create engaging content, support brand storytelling, increase audience engagement, and help strengthen COSMO's visibility among customers, partners, and industry professionals. Social Media Management Manage daily activity across COSMO's social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels. Develop and manage the social media content calendar, including scheduling, publishing, and monitoring posts across all channels. Ensure consistency of brand voice, visual identity, and messaging. Support the promotion of global and regional business, marketing, and communications initiatives through social media. Manage ongoing website updates and content maintenance. Content Creation Create engaging social media content including posts, stories, short videos, graphics, and other multimedia assets. Collaborate with internal teams to develop content highlighting company activities, team achievements, ingredient and technology innovations, marketing initiatives, trade shows, and industry events. Support video production, photography coordination, and content editing as needed. Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner. Track key social media metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance. Prepare monthly reports and provide recommendations for content optimization. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging social media opportunities. Employer Branding Support Partner with Human Resources to support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns. Promote company culture, employee stories, and workplace achievements through social media content. 2–5 years of experience managing social media accounts for a company or agency. ~ Experience creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms. ~ Experience using social media management and scheduling tools. ~ Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar content creation platforms. Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, or a related field. Strong copywriting and content creation skills. Basic video editing and graphic design capabilities. Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools. Understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.
