We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Solutions Architect (m/w/d), to become the technical right‑hand of our Account Executives during the sales cycle and help enterprise customers design scalable, maintainable, and high‑impact integrations.

You are a Strategic Problem Solver: You don't just say “yes” to every customer request — you evaluate impact, scalability, ROI, and long‑term maintainability before proposing solutions.
You are Commercially Minded: You understand that integrations are not only technical projects but also strategic business decisions tied to revenue, adoption, and customer success.
You are an Integration Expert: You are deeply familiar with APIs, webhooks, SSO, middleware, and modern integration architectures, and you know how to design lightweight solutions that unblock deals fast.
You are a Collaborative Partner: You work seamlessly across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure smooth delivery and long‑term customer value.
You are a Strong Communicator: You feel comfortable presenting architecture solutions, running demos, handling technical objections, and leading workshops with enterprise stakeholders.
English proficiency (written and spoken, minimum C1 level).
Your basic qualifications
6+ years of experience in customer‑facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Integration Consultant, or Technical Account Manager in a B2B SaaS environment
Strong experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles where integrations played a key role in the technical win
Deep understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, SAML, and SSO concepts
Strong knowledge of modern integration patterns: sync vs. event‑driven, batch vs. real‑time, polling vs. webhooks
Familiarity with enterprise SaaS ecosystems such as:
ERP & Accounting: SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Xero, QuickBooks
Expense Management: Spendesk, Pleo, SAP Concur, Brex, Ramp
HRIS: Workday, HiBob, Personio, BambooHR, SuccessFactors
IAM & SSO: Okta, Azure AD / Entra ID, Google Workspace
Comfortable reading and writing code in Node.js, TypeScript, or Python to build demos, scripts, and prototypes
Ability to design and explain integration architecture diagrams clearly
Strong consultative‑selling mindset and excellent discovery skills
Experience working alongside Account Executives in quota‑driven or technical‑win‑rate environments
Excellent presentation and stakeholder‑management skills, including experience with CIOs, IT Directors, and Finance leaders
Nice to have
Experience in travel‑tech ecosystems (GDS, NDC, TMCs, corporate travel platforms)
Background in fintech, expense management, procurement, or finance SaaS
Hands‑on integration experience with Workday, NetSuite, SAP Concur, Spendesk, or Pleo
Fluent Italian and/or Spanish
