Job Summary You will support the P&P Manager in delivering reliable business insights through recurring and ad-hoc data analysis and reporting for leadership and project teams. This role requires autonomy, ownership of specific analyses or projects, and collaboration with stakeholders across Sourcing, Data & Analytics, and Project Management. Responsibilities Establish and maintain accurate reporting to track sourcing performance across management levels. Develop analytical models to support strategic and tactical decision-making. Create compelling presentations to communicate recommendations. Support project initiatives with relevant analysis. Leverage Tableau and Salesforce to automate and improve reporting processes. Ensure data accuracy and reporting requirements are met. Coach and support P&P Analysts within the team. Build trust and foster collaboration with internal stakeholders. Skillset and Experience Required Strong analytical and data modeling skills. Experience in reporting and performance tracking within sourcing or similar environments. Proficiency in SQL , Tableau , Salesforce , and data visualization tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
