What’s in it for you Real impact on space missions: your work will directly contribute to communication systems operating in orbit, supporting active satellite missions. Accelerated growth or technical ownership: you will either develop your skills alongside experienced engineers or take ownership of RF systems across the full lifecycle. End-to-end system exposure: you will work across AIV in cleanroom environments, ground segment support, and in-orbit operations. You will work on RF testing, validation, and troubleshooting across integration and operational phases. You will contribute to link budget analysis and communication performance tracking. You will support ground station operations and, depending on your experience, take ownership of technical decisions and system evolution. What will set you up for success Strong foundation in telecommunications or RF engineering: this will allow you to quickly understand and apply key concepts such as gain, losses, modulation, and antenna behavior in real systems. Hands-on mindset and comfort with real environments: working in lab or cleanroom conditions will help you gain confidence and accelerate your impact. Experience or exposure to RF measurement equipment: familiarity with tools like spectrum analyzers or VNAs will support your effectiveness in testing and validation. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills: you will be able to diagnose and resolve complex issues across communication systems. Programming or automation capabilities: scripting and API usage will help you contribute to system integration and operational efficiency. Professional communication in English: you will collaborate effectively in an international and multidisciplinary team.
