Who You Are We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings a sharp legal mind to the table. Qualifications :LLM degree Professional working proficiency in Spanish and English Strong analytical skills and business acumen Ability to distill complex legal concepts into clear, concise writing 1–3 years of experience in a law firm (preferably with commercial IT agreements) or inhouse contract management/negotiations within the technology services sector Experience negotiating with sophisticated legal counterparts is a plus Location & Work Style : Onsite presence in Madrid will be expected initially, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid or remote setup once you’re fully onboarded.
