The mission of the Recruitment Specialist Intern is to develop a solid foundation in technical talent acquisition through hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes. Over a structured 9-month development programme, the intern will support the identification, assessment, and engagement of technical profiles, progressively gaining responsibility in candidate evaluation, market mapping, and collaboration with internal consultants to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.
Technical Talent Acquisition & Assessment
Support the sourcing, screening, and evaluation of technical candidates across engineering, IT, and data-related roles.
Ensure accurate and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assist senior recruiters and consultants in coordinating selection processes.
Technology-Enabled Recruitment Processes
Use applicant tracking systems, CRM tools, and AI-assisted sourcing platforms to manage recruitment activity.
Maintain accurate data within recruitment systems to support reporting and process optimization.
Data, Reporting & Process Improvement
Track recruitment KPIs related to sourcing efficiency, pipeline health, and process quality.
Contribute ideas to improve candidate experience, assessment quality, and workflow efficiency.
Professional Development
Follow a structured learning path covering technical recruitment fundamentals, interviewing techniques, and talent-market analysis.
Bachelor’s or Master’s student or recent graduate with availability for a 9-month development programme.
Minimum requirement: academic, project-based, or extracurricular exposure demonstrating interest in technology, engineering, or IT-related environments.
Native French, German, or Dutch speaker.
C2-level or native English proficiency.
Strong interest in technical recruitment, talent markets, and skill-based assessment.
Initial exposure to recruitment, HR, technology, engineering, or STEM-related fields.
Familiarity with technical roles, software development concepts, or IT landscapes.
Experience using digital tools, databases, or analytical platforms.
Interest in AI-driven recruitment tools or data-informed decision-making.
